John is a Law Society of New South Wales Accredited Specialist In Business Law and Notary Public

John has over 35 years’ experience advising a diverse client base. His diverse client base includes Australian and overseas-based clients and multidisciplinary enterprises with varied property and commercial interests.

John’s clients appreciate his practical grasp of commercial practices and realities, and his wide knowledge and experience of business and law.

He is a director of client companies and has been influential in the strategic direction of each of these companies and has guided them to achieve success in their areas of operation.

John focuses on developing close working relationships with all of his clients.  He is also actively involved in chairing and delivering seminars to the legal profession and industry and professional groups.

John is an avid supporter of community and pro‑bono activities.  He is a member of The Rotary Club of Sydney and it’s Youth Services Committee which sees him involved in various youth-related projects.

He is a Director of and Responsible Officer for The Matana Foundation for Young People, an active philanthropic foundation associated with one of his major clients.  John is also actively involved in the arts community.

John is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, The Commercial Law Association of Australia, the Property Council of Australia, The British Chamber of Commerce and the Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

John has significant experience across a wide and varied range of matters including commercial and corporate; property; wills, trusts and estate planning; dispute resolution and litigation.

John has advised clients in operational restructuring, international inbound and outbound licensing arrangements, financing, disputes, acquisitions, foreign jurisdiction set-ups and managing intellectual property issues.
