Clients are reminded that the Personal Property Securities Register (‘PPSR’) will be 7 years old on 30 January 2019. Security interests with a 7-year registration period, including registrations against serial numbers and/or consumer goods (if made in 2012) will, unless renewed, automatically expire from 30 January 2019.
